Welcome to GMBRadar (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://gmbradar.com and all related tools, services, software, and content (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using GMBRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About the Service

GMBRadar provides tools for monitoring and analyzing:

  • Google Maps local business rankings
  • Google Search (google.com) website rankings
  • Local SEO performance and visibility
  • Ranking history and reports

GMBRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC. Google and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

By using GMBRadar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Access the Service using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
  • Disrupt or overload our systems
  • Bypass plan limits or usage restrictions
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service in violation of Google’s terms or policies

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Ranking Data Accuracy & Methodology

GMBRadar uses industry-standard methods to collect ranking data based on how Google Maps and Google Search display results at the time and location of a scan.

Google search results can vary due to:

  • Location and proximity
  • Device type and personalization
  • Language and region
  • Algorithm updates and testing

Because of these factors, rankings may differ slightly from manual searches performed at different times or locations. While we make every effort to provide reliable data, we cannot guarantee identical results in all circumstances.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

GMBRadar processes large volumes of ranking data. To maintain system performance and reasonable storage costs, data is retained for a limited period.

  • Ranking and scan data may be retained for up to 6 months unless otherwise stated in your plan
  • Older data may be automatically deleted as part of regular data maintenance
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered
  • Users are responsible for exporting any data they wish to keep

If your account remains inactive for 90 days, we may remove stored data associated with the account.

We reserve the right to adjust data retention periods with reasonable notice.

7. Paid Services & Subscriptions

Some features require payment or subscription. By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

  • Fees are billed in advance
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • You are responsible for canceling before renewal
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination

We may change pricing or plan features with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and systems used by GMBRadar are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit. By using the Service, you grant GMBRadar a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You confirm that you have the right to submit and use such content.

10. Third-Party Services

GMBRadar relies on third-party platforms and data sources (including Google). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policy changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or permanent data storage beyond stated retention periods.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMBRadar shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue or business
  • Ranking fluctuations
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GMBRadar from claims arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if there is misuse, abuse, violation of these Terms, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of GMBRadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process data.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
